Bark in the Park

Yesterday, we packed up snacks, dressed Maisy in her Braves attire, and headed out to Bark in the Park! I have always wanted to go to it but never had a dog of my own to take. So I was ecstatic when I found out it was on Maisy's birthday!!! (She's 2 years old!)

Baby girl getting excited for the game

Giving Doug some love after we scored

She was having a good time...look at that smile!

Maisy was not the only pup dressed for the occasion...

This dog was awesome. And huge. And covered in drool.

Some dogs looked like their owners.

Maisy wanted to kiss everyone, dogs included. She LOVED the girl sitting in front of us...and even slipped her some tongue! Ha! Luckily, the girl loved Maisy, too and shared some ice cubes with her.

I love my goofy girl.

Maisy has yet to meet someone she doesn't like...

She enjoyed the treats they gave her, along with a new stuffed animal!

They also had wading pools for the dogs to cool off in.
I think Maisy is still traumatized from us taking her into the pool, so she did not partake.

Maisy really had the best time! She loves all people and dogs, so it was a great birthday for her!

And I just asked my mom (who is a nurse) about your symptoms...she says get them removed! She said it's not a painful recovery from what she knows and people she's talked to. It's best for the long run!

  16. My boyfriend had to get his tonsils removed chirstmas' ago and said it took him about ten days to recover, which I think is a little longer than most people. He said while recovering, it felt mostly like a sore throat. He did a lot of sleeping and ate popsicles. He said it was definitely worth having them removed though, he hasn't been sick in over a year!
